The participation fee charged per attending person equals the sum of
one annual fee for IQLA, differing according to participant's status:
academic professionals € 100, post-docs € 50, pre-docs € 40 (to be paid
Participation fees cover the abstract booklet and other conference
materials, as well as refreshments and snacks during pauses throughout
the whole conference, but they do not include meals, sightseeing tours
or other social events.
IQLA offers reduction of participation fees
- Participation fees are 30% reduced for IQLA members.
- Early abstract submissions (until October 31, 2011) are 20%
reduced (early IQLA members' registration fees are 50% reduced).
